This is my 2nd time through Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. Last time was right after it's release and I didn't miss a single workout. I also didn't lose much weight that time, but was definitely more firm at the end. I came into that round in pretty good shape and not looking to lose

Since then I got a job in IT with a huge commute. I don't have a scale anymore, but the last time I looked I'd gained around 10 pounds. I feel flabby and tired.

I'm going on a cruise in January and I'm using that as motivation to get moving again. I have lots of workout videos, but Body Revolution is the one I'm picking up first because I remembered the first two weeks as not being that intense. The purpose of them is more to just get you in the habit of workout out.

Anyway, that's true, but I'm super sore and walking funny. It's a testament to how far I have to go in the next 5 months.
